Managing buyer enquiries

Open Buyer Enquiries from your dashboard to see buyers who have enquired about your listings.
Each row shows the listing, buyer name, email address, phone number, enquiry date, status, and available actions. You can search and filter the buyers by listing, buyer details, date, and status.
You can also see all enquiries about a single listing by clicking on the number of enquiries adnbuout that listing from My Dashboard.
Common actions
Use Actions to:
- View Deed when a completed confidentiality deed is attached.
- Open Live Chat to read or send messages.
- Open Notes for the listing.
- Resend CA if a buyer needs the confidentiality agreement sent again.
For professional business brokers, you can also
- Invite Non-Binding Offer when you want the buyer to submit an offer.
- Start AML check when that buyer is ready for the next review step.
Keep the status current
The status column helps your team understand where each buyer sits. Use it to track stages such as awaiting access, access granted, in discussion, inspection, offer, due diligence, contract negotiation, settled, closed, spam, or no response.
Follow up with buyers
If a buyer has not responded to your messages, you can mark the enquiry as No response. If you need any help, the BusinessSales team is more to happy to help you.
